Eligibility Criteria for AIIMS Bhopal Recruitment 2023

Social Worker :

10+2 from a recognized board and 8 years experience as Social Worker

Age Limit: Between 18-35 years

Office/Stores Attendant (Multi-Tasking) :

10th Pass or ITI equivalent.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years

Lower Division Clerk :

1. 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.

2. Skill test norms on computer Typing speed @ 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi (Time allowed 10 minutes) (35 wpm or 30 wpm correspond to 10500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).

Age Limit: Between 18-30 years

Stenographer :

1. 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.

2. Skill Test Norms : Dictation – 10 Minutes @ 80 WPM; Transcription – 50 Minutes English or 65 Minutes Hindi on a Computer.

Age Limit: Between 18-27 years

Driver (Ordinary Grade) :

10th pass from a recognised Board. LMV and HMV commercial license. 2 years’ experience of driving commercial vehicle.

Age Limit: Between 18-27 years

Junior Warden (House Keepers) :

Graduate from a recognised University or equivalent. Two years’ experience as a Junior Warden or equivalent in any College.

Age Limit: Between 30-45 years

Dissection Hall Attendant :

10+2 or equivalent with one year experience in the concerned department. OR

10th Pass with three years experience in the concerned department.

Age Limit: Between 21-30 years

Upper Division Clerk :

Degree of recognized University or equivalent. Proficiency in computers. Skill test norm: Same as that of Lower Division Clerk.

Age Limit: Between 21-30 years

Data Entry Operator Grade A :

12th Standard pass or equivalent. Should possess a speed of not less than 8000 Key Depressions per hour for Data Entry Work.

Note: The speed of 8000 Key Depressions per hour for Data Entry Work is to be judged by conducting a speed test on the EDP Machine(s) by the Competent Authority.

Age Limit: Between 18-27 years

Junior Scale Steno (Hindi) :

(i) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.

(ii) Skill Test norms: Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 64 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 11 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%.

Age Limit: Between 21-30 years

Security cum Fire Jamadar :

(i) 10+2 from a recognised Board/ University; (Relaxable upto Class 10 in the case of ExServicemen who have excellent record and have passed third class examination of the Services).

(ii) Following Physical Standards:

1. Height: 167 cm and Chest: 80 cm with an expansion of 5 cm (For residents of hill areas height may be 162 cm, chest – 76 cm with an expansion of 5 cm).
2. Should possess sound health free from defect/ deformity/ disease.
3. Vision in both eyes should be 6/12 (without glasses).
4. There should be no color blindness. (Candidates claiming relaxation in height and chest will have to produce the certificate to this effect from the competent authority viz., Deputy Commissioner/ Distt. Magistrates/ Tehsildars of their places of residence).

Note: The standards of Physical Efficiency test may be relaxed by the Director (AIIMS) in the case of Ex-Servicemen only.

Age Limit: Between 18-27 years

Store Keeper-Cum-Clerk :

Graduate from a recognised university with one year experience in handling stores.

Age Limit: Up to 30 years
