UPSSSC Draftsman Eligibility Criteria 2023

Draftsman :

The candidate must have any one of the following qualifications:-

1. Certificate of cartography from the University of Roorkee,
2. Three year certificate of cartography from Banaras Hindu University,
3. Two and a half years certificate of cartography from Aligarh University,
4. Certificate of cartography granted by the Government Council of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh,
5. Three year Diploma of Vastu Assistant awarded by Government Arts College, Lucknow,
6. Three year Diploma in Civil Engineering awarded by the Government Council of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh,
7. Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering awarded by any other institution recognized by the Government,
8. Certificate of cartography granted by the Ministry of Labor and the National Council of Employment, Government of India, for imparting vocational training to the trainees of the Industrial Training Institute centers run by the Labor Department.

Cartographer :

1. It is necessary to have passed the High School examination of the Council of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh or any other examination recognized equivalent to it by the Government.
2. Must possess any one of the following qualifications:
   1. Certificate in Cartography from the University of Roorkee,
   2. Certificate of cartography granted by the State Council of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh,
   3. Three years certificate in cartography from Banaras Hindu University,
   4. Three years Diploma in Architectural Assistantship awarded by the Government Art College, Lucknow;
   5. Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering awarded by the State Council for Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh,
   6. Diploma in Civil Engineering awarded by any other institution recognized by the Government,
   7. Certificate in cartography granted by the National Council of Vocational Training to the trainees of the Industrial Training Institute of the Ministry of Labor and Planning, Government of India, which is completely run by the Labor Department,
   8. Two and a half years certificate in cartography from Aligarh University. Preferential.
